In a few simple steps you can book a meeting room. You can let Workio find the meeting room for you based on your search criteria or you can book directly in the calendar view. In order to book a meeting room you have to be logged in. Follow these steps:
- Meeting room > + (icon top right corner)
- Specify the date, time and duration of the meeting and Workio will automatically find an available meeting room for you
- Click on the desired meeting room and confirm the reservation
- Name the meeting and order catering* to your meeting
- Go back

Adding new companies to Workio can be done in the app by following these simple steps:
Menu > Admin > Company > +
Enter details about the new company
You can only add new users if you have created a company. Users have to be assigned a company. See how to add new company in the FAQ.
Menu > Admin > Companies > “Your Company” > Users > +
Enter details about the new user. The new user will automatically get a signup email from Workio. The user has to activate the account and change the password.
If you want to see or change details about a company follow these steps:
Menu > Admin > Companies > “Company name” > “Company name”
You can delete a company if you follow these steps:
Menu > Admin > Companies > “Company” > “Company” > Delete (icon top right corner)
The company will not be shown in the app but can be revived. Contact us for further details.
If you want to delete a user do the following:
Menu > Admin > Companies > “Company name” > Users > Delete (icon top right corner)
If you want to change details about a user follow these steps:
Menu > Admin > Users > “User name”
You can add a new catering item by following these steps:
Menu > Admin > Catering > +
Enter details and image of the catering item. You can categorize catering and the order of the items.
When a new user has been created by an admin the user will automatically get a signup email from Workio. The user has to click the link in the email and activate the account. Please check the spam folder if you have not received a signup email.

- Choose meeting room and click on the desired time on the calendar
- Change the date, time and duration and confirm the reservation
- Name the meeting and order catering* to your meeting

If you want to change the meeting room to an existing booking you have to find the reservation. You can either find it in your list of meetings or in the calendar view:
Your Meetings
- Meeting room > Your meetings (scroll down to find it)
- Click the reservation
- Click the meeting room
- Change room and confirm reservation
Calendar
- Meeting room > Find the date and meeting room
- Click the reservation
- Click the meeting room
- Change room and confirm reservation
If you want to change your meeting room reservation you have to find the reservation. You can either find it in your list of meetings or in the calendar view:
Your Meetings
- Meeting room > Your meetings (scroll down to find it)
- Click the reservation
- Click the meeting room
- Make change and confirm reservation
Calendar
- Meeting room > Find the date and meeting room
- Click the reservation
- Click the meeting room
- Make change and confirm reservation
If you want to cancel your meeting room reservation you have to find the reservation. You can either find it in your list of meetings or in the calendar view:
Your Meetings
- Meeting room > Your meetings (scroll down to find it)
- Click the reservation
- Click delete (icon top right corner)
Calendar
- Meeting room > Find the date and meeting room
- Click the reservation
- Click delete (icon top right corner)
If catering is available at your location you can order catering for your next meeting:
Book meeting
- Meeting room > + (icon top right corner)
- Specify the date, time and duration of the meeting and Workio will automatically find an available meeting room for you
- Click on the desired meeting room and confirm the reservation
- Name the meeting
Order catering
- Add catering
- Choose catering items and how many persons you need catering for
- Select when to get the catering and add comments to the kitchen
Follow these simple steps to change your password:
“User name” > Change password
Enter current password, new password and repeat new password
If you have forgotten your password you can reset it.
You have to be logged out and click the link “Forgot password”. Enter you email.
You will receive a new email with a link where you can change your password.
If you want to see a specific invoice of a company you can find it here:
Menu > Admin > Companies > “Company name” > Invoices
There is a list of invoices where you can see the details of each invoice.
You can assign rooms to a company. The room(s) will show up in the list of meeting rooms. This allows the users to book their own room(s) for a meeting and order catering.
Menu > Admin > Companies > “Company name” > “Company name” > + Add room
You can add multiple rooms to a company.
Menu > Admin > Companies > “Company name” > Subscription
Choose the subscription you want to assign to the company.
